Above Rates for payment at time of service at the Brooks office.

There is no additional fee for essential oils, stretching, deep tissue, pre-natal, heat or cold applications.

I accept most major credit cards, cash or check.

Some insurance is accepted with referral and diagnosis from a physician.  Receipts available for reimbursement for those that file their own insurance or use HSA funds. Rates above do not apply to insurance billed on your behalf.  

Appointment hours are Monday through Friday between 11 AM and 4 PM.
