About Me

I graduated from massage school with an additional study of reflexology in 1995.  I have completed advanced training in whiplash and low back injuries.  My continued studies are focused on orthopedic massage & movement. I have several years experience working with chiropractic patients and their injuries and I enjoy assisting others in achieving their wellness goals.  My goal is to help you relax, relieve your aches, improve mobility and assist in balancing the body by applying my knowledge of a variety of massage therapy techniques. I specialize in Therapeutic Massage Therapy for pain management of chronic conditions and injuries. Relaxation sessions are also available.

I believe part of being healthy is taking time to relax and do something you enjoy. When I am not working with clients, I enjoy furthering my education, spending time with my family, yoga, paddle boarding, hiking and snowboarding.
